Reference to division of taxation or its director as reference to department of transportation or its commissioner

Official statutory text

With respect to the functions, powers and duties pertaining to the administration of the "Outdoor Advertising Act" ^1^ hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Division of Taxation or the director thereof or the Outdoor Advertising Tax Bureau, the same shall mean and refer to the Department of Transportation and the commissioner thereof. L.1972, c. 40, s. 9, eff. July 1, 1972.
