Change of name of department of labor and industry to department of labor
Official statutory text
On the effective date of this act the Department of Labor and Industry established pursuant to P.L.1948, c. 446 (C. 34:1A-1 et seq.) shall be entitled and known as the Department of Labor and whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Department of Labor and Industry, the same shall mean and refer to the Department of Labor. L.1981, c. 122, s. 29, eff. April 16, 1981.
