Authorized intra-state services

Demonstration projects funded under this act shall be limited to three basic intra-State services as follows: a. Transporting persons from employment service centers, or other centralized sites to employment interviews; b. Transporting persons to places of employment for a maximum period of 10 weeks during which time said persons shall attempt to arrange for their own transportation; provided, however, that the commissioner may provide flexible standards for extending the 10-week limitation in cases of need; and c. Transporting unemployed workers to job training programs. L.1978, c. 41, s. 5.
