Certification to governor of names of members elect
Official statutory text
The Secretary of Agriculture shall certify the names of those elected by the convention to the Governor for appointment, with the advice and consent of the Senate, and for the issuance of commissions for the term for which each has been chosen. Amended by L.1944, c. 202, p. 723, s. 4.
