President and vice-president of board

Official statutory text

As soon as may be, following the qualification of members in each year, the board shall organize by electing one of its members as president and one as vice-president, to serve as such until the organization of the board in the following year. The vice-president shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the president, in his absence. Amended by L.1944, c. 202, p. 724, s. 5.
