Qualifications; rights and duties

Such additional members: a. Need not meet the educational and professional requirements for membership on such boards or commissions as provided in the several statutes establishing such boards and commissions; and b. Shall be voting members subject to the same rights, obligations and duties as other members of their respective boards or commissions. L.1971, c. 60, s. 3, eff. March 25, 1971.
