Municipal ordinance to meet State standards

6. Each municipality which contains within its boundaries any part of a delineated airport safety zone shall enact an ordinance or ordinances incorporating the standards promulgated by the commissioner pursuant to section 5 of this amendatory and supplementary act and providing for their enforcement within those delineated areas. A valid copy of this ordinance or ordinances, including any amendments that may be made from time to time, shall be transmitted to the commissioner. L.1983,c.260,s.6; amended 1991,c.445,s.6.
