§ 10-1-9. False affidavit to obtain employment; penalty

Any applicant for employment mentioned in Section 1 thereof, who shall willfully file any false affidavit for the purpose of obtaining employment shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties mentioned in Section 4 hereof.
