§ 17-1-4. Organization; annual and called meetings; secretary

Official statutory text

Within sixty days after this act shall take effect, the state game commission shall meet at the capitol and organize by electing from its membership a chairman, and thereafter one meeting shall be held annually, and others at the call of the governor, or a majority of the commission. The state game warden [director of the department of game and fish] shall be secretary of the commission.
