§ 2-1-6. Restraining unlawful payments; jurisdiction; rules and procedure
Official statutory text
That any citizen of the state of New Mexico may file suit in the district court of the county wherein such citizen resides for an injunction to restrain any member of the legislature from receiving or any officer from paying any compensation in violation of this act; and jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the various district courts of this state to grant injunctive relief. The rules and law of procedure applicable generally to civil actions for injunctive relief shall apply to such actions.
