§ 1411. Waiver of publication. The state comptroller may waive the\npublication of any notice required by this chapter, except a notice\nrequired by section fourteen hundred two, whenever in his opinion the\ncost of publishing such notice would be unreasonable in relation to the\namount of abandoned property.\n
