§ 134. Records and reports. Every distributor, manufacturer and\ntransporter of a commercial feed in this state shall maintain such\nrecords and submit such reports to the commissioner as the commissioner\nmay require pertaining to the origin, manufacture, movement, storage,\ndistribution or other disposition of commercial feed. Such records shall\nbe open to inspection by the commissioner or his authorized agent at any\nreasonable time.\n
