§ 237. Reports of holdings. Licensed refrigerated warehouses shall\nsubmit monthly reports to the commissioner, upon a form to be prescribed\nby him, setting forth the quantity of each and every food product stored\nin the refrigerated warehouse of the licensee, except holdings in\nbreak-up rooms, processing rooms and ice cream hardening rooms. Such\nreports shall be filed on or before the fifth business day of each month\nand shall show the holdings on the last day of the preceding month.\n
