§ 258-g. Reports. Each milk dealer shall, from time to time, as\nrequired by rule or order of the commissioner, make and file a verified\nreport on forms prescribed by the commissioner of all matters on account\nof which a record is required to be kept, together with such other\ninformation or facts including an audited financial statement as may be\npertinent and material within the scope of the purpose and intent of\nthis chapter. Such report shall cover a period of time specified in the\norder.\n
