Compact order violations

§ 258-mm. Compact order violations. Any violation of the provisions of\nregulations adopted pursuant to the northeast interstate dairy compact\nestablishing an over-order price, a commission marketing order, or any\nother regulations, shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Any\nsuch violation shall be subject to the civil penalties prescribed by\nsection thirty-nine of this chapter. In addition, all the administrative\nand judicial sanctions and remedies prescribed for a violation of\narticle twenty-one of this chapter shall apply to any such violation.\n
