§ 8. The amount payable by the port authority to the state of New\nJersey pursuant to sections five and six of this act shall be paid by\nthe port authority to the sinking fund commission created by said\nchapter three hundred and fifty-two of the laws of New Jersey of\nnineteen hundred twenty and said chapter two hundred and sixty-two of\nthe laws of New Jersey of nineteen hundred twenty-four, hereinafter\ncalled the New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking fund\ncommission upon the thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred thirty-one,\nor such other date as may be agreed upon by the said sinking fund\ncommission and the port authority, upon a voucher signed and audited by\nthe said sinking fund commission, which said commission is hereby\nauthorized to consummate said transaction; and the said moneys shall be\ndeposited in the said New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking\nfund, and shall for all purposes be deemed to be a part thereof and\nsubject to the appropriation of the moneys in the said sinking fund,\nmade by the aforesaid statutes of the state of New Jersey.\n The income and interest received from or accruing upon the moneys in\nthe aforesaid New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking fund, and\nfrom the investment thereof, shall be set apart and held by the said New\nJersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking fund commission for the\npayment of interest on New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel bonds,\nand shall be subject to the appropriation made of moneys so set apart\nand held, by the aforesaid statutes of the state of New Jersey, and\nshall be applied to the payment of such interest.\n
