§ 37-a. Submission of annual reports by the Holocaust claims\nprocessing office. The superintendent shall report annually to the\ngovernor, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the\nassembly, the chairs of the senate standing committees on finance and\nbanks, and the chairs of the assembly standing committees on ways and\nmeans and banks on the fifteenth of January of each year, a statement of\ncondition with respect to the purpose, policies and activities of the\nHolocaust claims processing office. Such report shall include the\nfollowing information:\n 1. such offices' operations and accomplishments; and\n 2. a schedule of expenses including, but not limited to personal\nservice costs, nonpersonal service costs and expenses related to the\nrecovery of properties belonging to Holocaust victim survivors.\n
