§ 6007. List of stockholders at meetings. A list of stockholders as of\nthe record date, certified by the corporate officer responsible for its\npreparation or by a transfer agent, shall be produced at any meeting of\nstockholders upon the request thereat or prior thereto of any\nstockholder. If the right to vote at any meeting is challenged, the\ninspectors of election, or person presiding thereat, shall require such\nlist of stockholders to be produced as evidence of the right of the\npersons challenged to vote at such meeting, and all persons who appear\nfrom such list to be stockholders entitled to vote thereat may vote at\nsuch meeting.\n
