§ 75-f. Enforcement and statistics. 1. The department is authorized\nto enforce this article.\n 2. Statistics of crimes associated with the use of automated teller\nmachine facilities compiled and maintained by any law enforcement agency\nshall be made available upon the request of any banking institution or\nthe department.\n
