§ 8003. Authorization of amendment or change. 1. Amendment of the\norganization certificate may be authorized by vote of the holders of a\nmajority of all outstanding shares entitled to vote thereon at a meeting\nof stockholders.\n 2. This section shall not alter the vote required by section six\nthousand sixteen or seven thousand nine for the adoption of an amendment\nreferred to therein, nor alter the authority of the board to authorize\namendments under section five thousand two, subdivision six of section\nfive thousand fourteen, or section five thousand sixteen.\n
