§ 9-d. Enforcement of section two hundred ninety-six-a of the\nexecutive law. In addition to the powers conferred upon the\nsuperintendent of financial services by this chapter, he shall enforce\nsection two hundred ninety-six-a of the executive law by taking such\naction as is therein authorized.\n
