* § 14. Payments not to be made before contests. No contestant in a\nboxing or sparring match or exhibition shall be paid for services before\nthe contest, and should it be determined by the commission that such\ncontestant did not give an honest exhibition of his skill, such services\nshall not be paid for.\n * NB Repealed September 1, 2016\n
