§ 1003. Time of taking effect. 1. The provisions of sections three\nhundred fifty, three hundred fifty-one, three hundred fifty-two, three\nhundred fifty-three, three hundred fifty-four, three hundred fifty-five,\nthree hundred fifty-six, three hundred fifty-seven, three hundred\nfifty-eight, three hundred fifty-nine, three hundred sixty, three\nhundred sixty-one, three hundred sixty-five, three hundred sixty-seven,\nthree hundred sixty-nine, three hundred seventy-one, three hundred\nseventy-two, three hundred seventy-three, three hundred seventy-four,\nthree hundred seventy-five, three hundred seventy-six, three hundred\neighty and three hundred eighty-one shall take effect July first,\nnineteen hundred fifty.\n 2. All other provisions of this chapter shall take effect January\nfirst, nineteen hundred fifty-one.\n
