§ 212. Designation of depositaries. All moneys received by the county\ntreasurer shall be deposited and secured in the manner provided by\nsection ten of the general municipal law. Nothing herein shall be deemed\nto limit the power of a court of competent jurisdiction or of the state\ncomptroller to make directions concerning deposits of court and trust\nfunds.\n
