§ 226-e. Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations. The Niagara\ncounty legislature is hereby authorized to waive fees by local law,\nincluding but not limited to building permit review fees and fees\nassociated with capital improvements to any post or hall owned by a\nnot-for-profit congressionally chartered veterans' organization located\nin such county.\n
