Acquisition of real property; financing of expenditures

§ 396-j. Acquisition of real property; financing of expenditures. Real\nproperty required for any of the purposes set forth in this article\nshall be acquired by the county legislative body on behalf of the\nauthority.\n Nothing contained in this article, shall be construed to prevent the\nfinancing, in whole or in part, pursuant to the local finance law of any\nexpenditure made to carry out the purposes of this article.\n
