Cost of removed criminal trials

§ 934. Cost of removed criminal trials. Each respective county of\nNew York, Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond in which an indictment is\nfound shall reimburse the county to which such indictment may be removed\nfor trial for the cost and expenses of such trial, in the same manner as\nother counties are made liable under the provisions of this chapter.\n
