§ 403. Department or superintendent to provide certain records. The\ndepartment or superintendent shall furnish to the department of mental\nhygiene a copy of the health and psychiatric records and a sentence\ncalculation for each incarcerated individual placed in a hospital. The\nsentence calculation shall include the maximum expiration date and\ntentative conditional release date and the parole eligibility or release\nconsideration hearing date. Such records shall be furnished to the\ndirector of the hospital upon delivery of the incarcerated individual.\n
