* § 632. Establishment of a furlough program. The commissioner shall\ndesignate, in the rules and regulations of the department; appropriate\nemployees or an appropriate unit of the department, to be responsible\nfor (i) securing education, on-the-job training and employment\nopportunities for incarcerated individuals who are eligible to\nparticipate in a furlough program and (ii) supervising incarcerated\nindividuals during their participation in a furlough program outside the\npremises of the institution.\n * NB Repealed September 1, 2027\n
