§ 659. Facility. The commissioner shall provide and maintain a\nsuitable and efficient facility, enclosed from public view, within the\nconfines of a designated correctional institution for the imposition of\nthe punishment of death. That facility shall contain the apparatus and\nequipment necessary for the carrying out of executions by lethal\ninjection.\n
