§ 2575-a. Transfer of certain board of education administrative\nemployees' to school clerical services of the board of education of the\ncity of New York. Notwithstanding any other provision of this law to\nthe contrary, any employee who has completed at least twenty years of\ncontinuous board of education administrative service, or other service\nas a member of the board of education retirement system, and having\naccepted appointment to the school clerical or pedagogical service of\nthe board of education of the city of New York, may continue membership\nin the board of education retirement system and shall be permitted to\ncontribute to such system and receive credit for services rendered to\nthe school clerical or pedagogical service of the board of education of\nthe city of New York as if such service was education service.\n
