Transfer of gospel funds to general fund of town
Official statutory text
§ 3712-a. Transfer of gospel funds to general fund of town. In lieu\nof the apportionment and payment of gospel funds as otherwise authorized\nby this article, the town board of any town may, by resolution duly\nadopted by it and approved by the voters of such town at any regular or\nspecial town meeting, authorize the supervisor thereof to transfer such\nfunds to the general fund of the town, to be expended for any lawful\ntown purpose.\n
