§ 8005. Special provisions. Nothing contained in this article shall\nbe deemed to alter, modify or impair any conditions of employment\nrelating to service in the federal government, the state of New York,\nits political subdivisions, including school districts, or special\ndistricts and authorities or any facilities or institutions under the\njurisdiction of or subject to the certification of any agency of the\nstate of New York or its political subdivisions.\n
