§ 512. Decision of the court. The court, after hearing the testimony\nand weighing the evidence, shall determine the compensation due the\ncondemnees for damages as the result of the acquisition. The court's\ndecision shall be in compliance with section four thousand two hundred\nthirteen of the civil practice law and rules.\n
