Applicability with respect to inconsistent laws

§ 705. Applicability with respect to inconsistent laws.\nNotwithstanding any inconsistent provisions of law, general or special,\nthe provisions of this law shall be controlling and on and after the\neffective date of this law, any interest in real property subject to\nacquisition shall be acquired pursuant to the provisions of this law.\n
