§ 15-0803. Inventory of reservoirs.\n The commissioner shall, on or before the first day of January,\nnineteen hundred seventy-seven file with the secretary of state an\ninventory of impounding reservoirs of waters having a capacity of more\nthan one billion gallons and located in the counties of Delaware,\nGreene, Putnam, Schoharie, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.\n
