§ 17-0811. Application of effluent standards and limitations; water\n quality standards; other requirements.\n SPDES permits issued pursuant hereto shall include provisions\nrequiring compliance with the following, where applicable;\n 1. effluent limitation.\n 2. standards of performance for new sources.\n 3. toxic and pretreatment effluent standards.\n 4. ocean discharge criteria adopted by the federal government.\n 5. any further limitations necessary to insure compliance with water\nquality standards adopted pursuant to state law.\n
