§ 21-0309. Powers to be additional.\n Any powers herein granted to the commission shall be regarded as in\naid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any other\npowers vested in said commission by other laws of the state of New York\nor by any other jurisdiction, or by the terms of said compact.\n
