Consent to alteration of diversions

§ 21-0707. Consent to alteration of diversions.\n 1. Consent of this state to the impairment, diminution or other\nadverse effect on diversions, compensating releases, rights, conditions,\nobligations, and provisions for the administration thereof as\ncontemplated by subdivision three of section three of article three of\nthe compact shall not be given, except with the prior approval of the\nDepartment of Environmental Conservation.\n 2. Except with respect to diversions governed by subdivision one of\nthis section and the provision of the compact referred to therein, the\nprovisions of section 15-1505 of this chapter shall not apply to any\ndiversion or furnishing of water authorized by or made pursuant to the\ncompact.\n
