§ 27-2207. Transfer facility.\n Any transfer facility that receives food scraps from a designated food\nscraps generator must ensure that the food scraps are taken to an\norganics recycler unless such generator has received a temporary waiver\nunder subdivision three of section 27-2203 of this title. A transfer\nfacility shall take all reasonable precautions to not commingle the\nmaterial with any other solid waste unless such commingled waste can be\nprocessed by an organics recycler.\n
