§ 46-0113. Appropriations by municipalities.\n To effectuate the purposes of this article, the local legislative\nbodies of the county of Albany, city of Albany and towns of Colonie and\nGuilderland may appropriate and pay over to the commission moneys to be\nexpended by the commission to carry out its functions thereunder.\n
