§ 56-0607. Other air quality projects.\n Of monies received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to the\nClean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, up to twenty million dollars\n($20,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for air quality\nprojects pursuant to this section.\n The commissioner is authorized in consultation with other state\nagencies as may be necessary, to make state assistance payments or to\nenter into contracts in the name of the state for projects that will\nenhance the quality of the state's environment and the state's air\nquality.\n
