§ 57-0211. State funding.\n Projects which implement the plan, including the acquisition of\ninterests in real property for the purpose of protecting open spaces or\nopen areas where such properties are part of the state open space plan,\nshall be eligible for state funding under the environmental protection\nfund, pursuant to article fifty-four of this chapter, where such\nprojects meet the existing eligibility requirements of such article,\nsubject to available appropriation. No funding shall be provided unless\nthe commissioner determines that a town is in compliance with all the\nprovisions of this title.\n
