§ 71-1917. Approval and enforcement of orders issued under section\n 17-1717.\n An order issued under section 17-1717 shall not be valid until\napproved by the Governor and the Attorney General, and when so approved\nit shall be the duty of the Attorney General to enforce such order.\n
