§ 71-2913. Act of officer or agent deemed act of principal.\n In construing and enforcing the provisions of article 33 of this\nchapter or this title relating to penalties, the act of a director,\nofficer, agent or other person acting for or employed by a person,\nassociation or corporation subject to the provisions of article 33 of\nthis chapter or this title and acting within the scope of his\nemployment, shall be deemed the act of such person, association or\ncorporation.\n
