§ 72-0203. Annual report.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the department shall\nsubmit, no later than January fifteenth in each year, a report to the\ngovernor, the chairmen of the senate finance committee and assembly ways\nand means committee, consisting of a summary and analysis of all moneys\npaid pursuant to this article and all penalties, fines and other sums\ncollected or received pursuant to titles nineteen, twenty-one and\ntwenty-seven of article seventy-one of this chapter. The report shall\nalso include data relating to the moneys paid pursuant to this article\nto the costs of regulation by permit category as defined in this\narticle.\n
