§ 72-1003. Fees.\n All persons required to obtain a permit or approval or subject to\nregulation under this title shall submit annually to the department a\nfee in the amount to be determined for affected land as follows:\n 1. four hundred dollars for minor projects; or\n 2. seven hundred dollars for affected land of an acreage equal to or\nless than five acres; or\n 3. nine hundred dollars for affected land of an acreage greater than\nfive acres and equal to or less than ten acres; or\n 4. fifteen hundred dollars for affected land of an acreage greater\nthan ten acres and equal to or less than twenty acres; or\n 5. four thousand dollars for affected land of an acreage greater than\ntwenty acres and equal to or less than thirty acres; or\n 6. eight thousand dollars for affected land of an acreage greater than\nthirty acres.\n
