§ 72-1011. Mined land reclamation program account.\n 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance and the comptroller a special\nrevenue fund to be known as the "mined land reclamation program\naccount".\n 2. The account shall consist of all moneys received from fees, fee\npenalties, and fee and fee penalty interest collected pursuant to this\ntitle, and any other moneys collected therefor or credited or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund, account or source.\n 3. Moneys in the mined land reclamation program account, following\nappropriation by the legislature, shall be disbursed, upon the\ncertification of approval for availability by the director of the\nbudget, for the administration and enforcement of title twenty-seven of\narticle twenty-three of this chapter, including but not limited to\nmonitoring, surveillance, enforcement, training and research.\n
