§ 9-0509. Lease of land to federal government for use by the federal\n aviation agency.\n 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this article, the\ndepartment is hereby authorized upon such terms and conditions as it may\ndeem appropriate to lease to the federal government, for use by the\nfederal aviation agency, the following described land:\n From the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Monument "SHED"\nlocated at Latitude North 42Á-47'-21", Longitude West 75Á-49'-37"\nproceed S 88Á-15" E a distance of 325 feet to a point on the common\nproperty line between the lands of Howard Williams and the lands of the\nNew York State Department of Environmental Conservation, said point\nbeing the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Proposal B, Reforestation Area 3,\nMadison County and also the point of beginning of the herein described\narea:\n Thence S 8Á-15' W a distance of 540.0 feet to a point;\n Thence S 41Á-15' W a distance of 565.0 feet to a point;\n Thence N 36Á-15' W a distance of 638.0 feet to a point;\n Thence N 11Á-15' E a distance of 535.0 feet to a point;\n Thence S 83Á-30' E a distance of 725.0 feet to a point of beginning,\ncontaining in all 14 acres more or less, all being situated in Lot 12,\nProposal B, Reforestation Area 3, Madison County, State of New York. All\nbearings are magnetic.\n 2. The lease of the above described premises shall include the right\nto construct thereon a very high frequency omni-range navigation\nfacility, together with the right to operate and maintain the same, with\neasements of access for laying, operating and maintaining utility lines\nin connection therewith.\n
