§ 9-0713. State assistance.\n The commissioner shall adopt forest practice standards. The department\nshall notify owners of forest land that the commissioner is prepared to\nassist cooperating owners in connection with the application of forest\npractice standards. The commissioner shall provide to cooperating forest\nand farm woodland owners technical services in connection with all\nphases of forest management including but not limited to, plantation\nestablishment and care, the marking of timber, marketing assistance and\nsilvicultural treatment of immature stands.\n
